I stopped drinking alcohol: Here is what happened

I have never considered myself a problem drinker, and that’s not why I quit.  I would say I would drink as much as the average Australian. Drinking alcohol made me feel less stressed, more confident, friendly, and generally more fun to be around and I felt more free.  It’s like when I drank I become another person, even if it just a happier, less stressed and better dancing person.
